What payment methods are available?
We have 3 payment methods to choose from:
- Bank transfer
- Pay Pal™: payment made through the Paypal system (you don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this method).
- Multibanco: method only available in Portugal
Choose one and use your credit or debit card. All of these are comfortable and safe systems. The total amount to be paid is the sum of the price of each product chosen, shipping costs and respective VAT rates.
Is the shipping cost for Nazareth collection free?
Yes. All orders over € 200 do not pay for shipping. For all others, the value varies according to the geographic location chosen.
How do I know that my order is okay?
Using the shipping code in the confirmation email you can track your order. If you did not receive this email, please make sure that you have paid or filled out the billing data. Take the opportunity and register, so the next purchase is even easier.
I’m looking forward to use my new piece. How long does it take to receive it?
Within five business days, you will be using what you ordered if you are in Europe. For other geographies, up to ten business days. But it will be worth it!
How can I cancel, exchange or return and be refunded on my order?
Calm down, there are many questions at once. Let’s do it by steps:

Yes, you can always cancel your order if it has not been sent yet. In that case, the chief financial officer will not like it, but we will refund you the payment already made.
We also accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
- All products can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the delivery date, if they are new. That is, without signs of use and in the original packaging.
- And you can trade them for other products of equal value. For this we have to confirm that the product is in good condition to repay the amount in the same way it was paid.
- Nazareth collection assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage suffered in the delivery of the returned product.
